    likay lng sa kaon ug late hours lyk 7 pm upwards.
    wat i do is kung di jud ko ka stop ug kaon nya mga 8 pm na, mag dumbell ko gamai b4 ma2g or di pirmanintihon ang in ani nga styl sa pagkaon. sumtyms kung g2mon jd ko ug gabii, mag cge kog inom ug tbig para pawa sa gtom. nya pyts na sa breakfast ang kaon.
    gtry nako ron nga twice a day ra mukaon and it works for me.
    naa ra jd na sa determinatikon ug self control.

    mas maayu ang eating 6X a day kaysa after 6 diet. that's your average 3 meals a day broken down into 6 portions (eating small meals every 3 hours). make sure your food intake is like a triangle tapered down with dinner as the lightest. as the experts say, diet is not enough. kniahanglan paresan ug exercise.

    For me 3-4 hours before ko sleep ang last meal nako (excluding casein shake before sleep or nonfat milk). Mudepende sa time sako pgsleep coz ur body doesn't care what time it is mabefore 6 ba na or after. Ang ako i give time na magsugod na digest gamay ang food before ko sleep.

    I think this is not true. It's been 7 months since I tried not eating after 6pm, but still got negative results. I guess the most effective way to reduce weight is eating a balanced diet and work your ass in the gym.

    ako i dont eat any dinner... just go to the gym. pero para di ko mag crave og food i just drink tea and 2pcs of toasted wheat bread..busog nako ana...anad2 lang gud..

    weight loss= less food intake+exercise

    cguro the way to weightloss should be a change of lifestyle... kanang ma sustain jud nimo ba..not just for this month... bec if u use the easy way ur not actually losing the fat, but ur losing the muscles in your body. mao btw na u easily bounce back the weight bec the fat is still there.

    i tried the after 6 diet, and it worked for me..but it was coupled with taebo

    Okay ra man mukaon bisan kanus a. Ako kay tag 11pm na gani ko magkan anan. Ginagmay ra non. Fit man gihapon ko.

    the latest ako eat is 9... cge paman gahapon ko ug lose.. ok ra na after 6 assuming mo sleep ka by 8
