yeah, it's the title of the book. of all the dietary and workout books i've read, this one made sense to me. so i gave this a try.
1 thing diay very important nga akong na-discover is that don't stay up too long during the night. if you could sleep early, hit the bed. this practice jumpstarts yourself for the following day and will never screw-up your metabolism. sleeping late will just make you lousy when you wake up prompting you to skip exercise. plus, when you stay up late, maabtan pa mu gutom during midnights making you eat again. this will just result to another fat storage coz you slowed down your metabolism and is too tired to exercise the next day. so.... "tugsay para matsay!"
