i can't choose instructors since we already have a schedule to follow. instructors are assigned per topic. but i know him, he's the chief instructor for ground school.

how long is the ground school? So basically, you have to finish ground school before you can fly?

ground school is more or less 3-4weeks, accelerated. one subject per day and an exam every MWF. ground school is a must. don't tell me you wanna start flying when you don't even know the parts of the engine and how each of them work? or how the wings develop lift? every subject is crucial. basically, if you don't have ground school background you'll have a VERY HARD time troubleshooting, especially airborne.

    ok thanks...

A friend who's from a manila-based school said that once you pass the simulator, you are then released for flight, as long as you're currently enrolled on PPL subjects.

Good luck with your training , soon-to-be captain!

which flight training organisations have you looked up in the manila and bulacan areas?

if you are not based in cebu and would find it a hassle moving to cebu for your training, check out Omni Aviation in Clark, Pampanga.

    PM me if interested.
