The two have different mechanisms of action. Reductil primarily works on neurotransmitters while Xenical works on digestive enzymes. Because of this, Reductil has a greater potential for side effects and has a much wider range of drug-drug interactions. Beware those who take other serotonergic drugs, concurrent use with Reductil can give rise to serotonin syndrome, a very serious and sometimes fatal condition.

sis, pwd i post nimo pila imo net loss sa weight? I never tried the two or any supplements but I lost 18 lbs. in 23 days just with moderation sa diet and walking(at least 30 mins a day)...nahan nako macompare unta ang results

reductil should be taken with caution and should be administered by a doctor. from what I know this is for obese people. some people i know pumayat nga of slimming pills, but when they stopped taking the pills, doble pa ang na gain na weight nila. so if you want long term effects, watch your diet na lang.. dami namang diet jan, southbeach, low carb diet,high fiber diet, etc..find a healthy diet that will work for you. youll save money pa..hehe
