@XLIBRIS folks, I just want to know kung kumusta na ang culture dha sa xlibris ron?
Makita or nahitabo ba gihapon ni mga accusations about sa management (stated sa earlier post) nowadays?

My brother and a close friend of mine would like to apply as software developers man gud and he's thinking twice about the company.

Appreciate if the anyone from XLIBRIS to share their most recent observations.

-I am with the company for almost a month now. the only thing I can say is that, the company is simply continuosly evaluating everyone's performance so, you really need to FOCUS. You will really be proud of yourself if you will pass the training program kay dako man gud ang passing.<dili sayon>

-It's a print on demand publishing company. It does not fall under the BPO category/

i hope all the things gi.mention about their work politics has changed over the year O_o

i just found out that i have some friends who are there since March 2008 and so far the management team is slowly improving. They've also observed that they're brining in experienced director, middle managers and supervisors.
The thing they like with this company is their compensation...walay daghang add-ons to confuse employee...and its way way way over other call centers or BPOs.
