Brown rice or White Rice?

i eat white rice most days.. pero sometimes naa sad brown rice.. mas healthy man ang brown rice.

brown rice is expensive....white rice mas barato ug lami.....but they have the same amounts of calories, carbohydrates, fat and protein.....

They say go Organic food is better. Brown rice and white rice are all organic, but it depends on how they were grown. If both of them uses fertelizer or whatever chemicals then these foods are not organic anymore and a threat to our health.
