You sound as if the reason for posting the images was to challenge people if man-luod ba sila sa photos. While that may be one of the possible effects sa mga readers, the main reason why we post these images is to simply educate and remind people on what cigarette smoke does to your lungs.

..hehehe,,,murag ana d i ang akong gimean? dli man, dli man gud kay if dili ka into medical stuffs, first look nimo sa mga pix kay luod bya jd, ni comment ra ko nga wala ko lud-a sa mga pix, but it doesnt mean nga gi-challenge nako sila ug tan-aw sa mga pix, anyway i salute the main purpose of the thread.. and if you could find pix showing people who are still alive, but are totally wrecked because of smoking ... please do...![]()
I am not totally addicted to smoking. I could only rate myself smoking once a month I don't know if it still does affect much to me. Should I be worried??
HOW ARE YOUR LUNGS TODAY?

i've been smoking for almost 20 years from now, but not a heavy smoker, i was able to quit when i was in college but it only last for 2 years, now it seems that i am addicted to it, i am trying to avoid but can't do, i can consume 4-5 sticks a day. i really wanted to quit smoking.
anybody knows any alternative way rather than quitting it on the spot, i haven't gone into sports lately and not even exercise,
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
kudos to the thread starter, this means a lot
