    kani resulta ra man sad sa mga krimen nga nahitabo diri, ultimo 12 anyos mosuyop na, manghinol na, mag gang gang na crips ug bloods, mang rape... etc.

    mao na nga kun magsurvey ka daghan jud moingon nga ipatuman ang torture.

    there's a joke that through torture, you can make a bear say that he's a rabbit. mao gyud nang nahitabo diri sa pilipinas.

    plus daghan pud kaayo mga emo. self inflicted torture ang gawas..hehe

    "SOME Filipinos believe some degree of torture should be allowed." ... this is a very practical stand to take in my opinion. A country cannot pretend to be a saint but yet expect the intelligence that some forms of torture brings. The US claims to sit on it's high horse and pretend that we do not condone torture, but it is almost a certainty that torture is used very often.

    it is relative in perception and differs in circumstance.
