kinsa naa baligya kaila nga owl?..i had 1 scops owl..gi alaga jud to nako since pagka chick pa niya..pero pag dako niya nakabuhi cya..naay one time nibalik cya sa haus..pero lisod nah dakpon..sayang..

so now im looking for another one..dli bah na illegal dinhi?..sorry daan..hehe

its illefal to keep one. all owl species are a CITES-2 classified...

But, if you really wanna keep one and you really think that you can take good care of one, maybe you can adopt one... but you need to comply with the tons of requirements and paperworks needed...

Its illegal to have one bro, if ever you will have one never let DENR have them because they will just put them in a small cage and dili pa jud regular ang pakaun nila mauna ang uban mangamatay lang, i know jud kay ive been inside sa DENR and I had a friend there na nagwork ingon sila daghan na daw nangamatay na inimbargo na animals. I suggest kung masakpan ka nga naa ka anang owl. If you really love your pet better let them go than hand them over to the DENR. I really dont trust those guys.

Sakit ayu tan.awon na ang DENR cannot provide the needs of these creatures, baliwala pa gyud ang pagkamatay, at least mag form unta sila ug association of private owners where ang owners can be considered as foster parents ani nila so that naay muprovide, ang DENR will end up confiscating for the sake of confiscation and more animals will die nuon.
