Sa karon nag install ko ug kapersky internet security 2009 I noticed na naa jud daghan intruder (mga worm ra ba) bisan naka idle, wa ko mag surf, kuyaw jud diay ug y antivirus ky vulnerable jud ang pc. nindot ang kapersky bye2x norton
wala na gyud ko nagamit og anti virus sa balay, deep freeze ra bahalag paslakan og usb gikan sa gawas wa gihapoy problema basta kabalo lang ka mu delete anang mu sud sa backup nga drive. dili man pud mka detect og uban nga mga viruses gikan sa flash drive ang mga antivirus bisan updated.

Yes, you could use Deepfreeze, but lisod na para nako, labi na uban software install ug upgrade, and you still have to pay for it.
Alternatives to antivirus: prevx and Threatfire. Stops zero day threats kuno.
Must have gyud if you go online, not just a matter of being careful what sites you visit. Remember the MSBLAST virus? You just log on, infected na ka if your ISP was infected. So its a must unless you use one of the three programs I mentioned.
I have been online for years. Many of the computers and devices I have are all connected to the internet ... many 24/7. I do not use Deep Freeze. I do not use any anti-virus. I do not use a firewall. I do not pay for any of this crap people spend money on or download for free. Everything and anything except what I want is stopped right at the front door at my router and firewall.
Configure your network right, don't click on everything offering you free *** and free money ... and you are good to go.
