have you ever tried liking somebody who is exactly the OPPOSITE of everything you are looking for in a guy/girl? like you have set some standards/idea of the kind of person you would fall for until somebody comes along and changed everything.. and leave you so confused.

for example, gusto nimo down to earth, humble, responsible, etc. until you meet somebody nga happy go lucky, walay care sa world, hambugiro.. and still.. you like him i ask myself.. NGANO MAN INTAWN!!!

this is true. i tried it once. i had a very tall boyfriend. he's a varsity player of the basketball team. mora jud ko duwaan kay dako kaaung tawo! he stood around 6'. ako intawn. 5'5" ra.

making things work despite the differences is the challenge..
once it has been overcome, the relationship becomes more stronger..

but for this to work, there must be something that binds the two entities together..
the desire and will to make things work, and the love to strengthen both for the fight..

the only difference that will serve as a weakness is when one loves while the other does not..
in this case, there is no use to work for it at all..
