since anyone who is looking for a room will obviously ask for the rate first before considering if they will take a look at the place, post it n lng gud.. it will save you and the istoryans a lot of time..

yes you may say na they might back out coz they think the rate is too expensive before looking at the place.. that's because naay budget ang mga taw.. bsan mu ingon ka ug the rate is sulit for the place, kung dli ka afford ang taw, then dli jud na cla mudayon..

so since you dont want to waste your time, and you want to negotiate with those people who are seriously considering in renting the place, posting the basics such as exact address and rate per month would help you to narrow down the list..
