I'm doing it on a hi-def tv but graphics are really not that eye popping IMO. I also have frame rate issues they say its the ben q drives, some say its also caused by larger tv's I dont really know hich one. But I just ignore it although it spoils the game play sometimes but I just try to enjoy the story which is great.

yap hdmi 1080p also tried 720 and 480. Pero my guess its the ben q drives. looking around the internet i found out people with ben q drives experience the frame rate issues. Anybody with this kind of problem

At the end of the day, GTAIV ain't gonna win Best Graphics award. It's good but not that great (I find it's overall look and feel a bit blurry and muddy... but hey I don't judge a game based on looks alone). I guess something's gotta give for a such a huge open world.

Just out or curiosity though, what's the brand of your TV? I have a few friends playing GTAIV on their falcon/Ben Q based 360 and I haven't heard them complain bout frame rate issues.

naka experience pud ko ug mapping delay kaduha man siguro ani nga game, i'm not sure sa akong drive pero i know it's a falcon motherboard. On full HD (Sammy LE52M87BDX). Basi sa game gyud ni dili sa drive--

Speaking of GTAIV, Rockstar just released a patch for it. The patch mostly addresses multiplayer issues but who knows, maybe it fixes some other things as well.

^^I really did not have any major problem playing GTAIV before, so haven't noticed anything different after the patch. As Rockstar said, it just fixes a few issues, no new feature or anything like that.

Sony Bravia KLV*Something* i dunno although i never played with an authentic one. I play on a burned back-up but anyway im done with the game. Playing COD 4 now and its amazing!!! no framerate issues and loading is not a problem.
