nindot unta ug duna tay official emergency weather alert channel sa tv ug radio. this is the easiest & most practical way to disseminate info to all. PAG-ASA is always blamed after every major weather related tragedy. i think it's not entirely their fault. the information is there, it's the dissemination of this info that's the problem.

Maayong klase pa ba ang mga instruments na gigamit sa PAGASA? Gitagaan pa ba na sila ug budget para pag-update sa ila mga gamit kung naa man new stuff? Ask lang ko.

YES!!! the problem is lack sila'g gamit para maka detect ug storms or typhoons... the government should upgrade there facilities para dili pd ta ma angil sa mga bagyo...
