Eh? Blame? Meteorology is not an exact science! Just because someone has a "Dr." before his name doesn't mean he or she can control nature. Blaming is futile here. Blaming is the act of people who want blood/revenge. What needs to be done first is to try and find survivors and then properly investigate why the vessel was allowed to leave port, and, when the weather worsened, why did the crew decide to press on. After that, when those who contributed to the tragedy have been found out, and proper action is carried out, that is justice. istorya2x ra sad sa mga taga barko nga nanglood daw ang Princess of the Stars kay naa man daw umaabot nga barko ang Sulpicio named Princess of the Queen mas dako pa sa nalunod.

Nagmonitor ko ni Frank last week pa using :: Typhoon2000.comŽ :: The Philippines' First Website on Tropical Cyclones (Since 1997). Dili pa ni siya bagyo or even a low pressure diha dapit sa Palau Island. Pagkahimo na niya nga tropical depression ug even pagkabagyo na ang Joint Typhoon Warning Center (USA), Japan Meteorological Agency ug ang ubang trackers predicted that Frank would not hit land to the Philippines because of strong high pressure area. However it landed in Samar. Next ang ilang prediction mo-agi sa Bicol but it moved west going south of Masbate then to northern Iloilo and to Roxas City but ang unexpected ang high pressure nawala ug ang bagyo change direction by 90 degrees. It goes north and spared Boracay. It is category 2 na and within this area naa ang na-aberya nga Princess of the Stars. Dako ni nga barko. Nakasakay ko ini nga barko nga ang height niya from floor to ceiling sa may economy area bali ug times two sa height seguro sa basketball ring. Coast Guard allowed this boat to travel kay capable daw ni even signal no. 3 because of its size much more the forecast that Frank will not hit land. I do hope there are survivors as the latest breaking news I read from inquirer.net is that the boat sank and overturned but on a shallow portion. They say that the hole on the hull was created to escape from the sinking ship. They further say that most likely passengers were able to use the rubber boats and rafts in going to the near island. GOD SAVE THEM!!

Lets Just pray that More survivors will be rescued!, life boats and jackets could help but with the waves soaring high due to stormwind, it is by much greater chance that the life saving equipments wont with stand to the strong waves,.,
lets just hope and pray for more survivors, taga cebu and bantayan jud kasagaran,.,
there's another storm coming napud daw?
