It took me 2 1/2 years before I got pregnant.

During the waiting period I really felt stressed since every relative and friend were always asking and pestering us (hubby and I) to have kids. At times, especially during Sunday masses I would feel a tinge of envy whenever I see couples with babies.

It was when we stopped pressuring ourselves when I found myself heavy with child. At that particular year, the hubby and I were religiously taking multivitamins and Vit. E 400 I.U. but they were not intended for making ourselves fertile but for aesthetic purposes and increased body resistance. I also remembered that we visited the langub of Our Lady of Guadalupe but we were also not asking for a child during that devotion...

I finally got pregnant 5 years ago, after 2 1/2 years of waiting.

I guess, in our case, it was the Multivitamins especially Vit. E and Vit. C that paved the way for fertility since we really didn't consult a fertility expert at that time. Both my mister and I were taking them daily and about two months after, I had a positive preg test. I also remembered at that time, we were also conscious with our food intake which consisted more on green leafy veggies and fish.

sis...live life in the NOW....naa ko quote nga pirmi jud nako i-repeat sa akong kaugalingon..."whatever is meant to happen will happen regardless of what you do to stop it...and whatever will not happen will never happen regardless of all the efforts you put in to make it happen...so the best recourse is to remain silent"...something to that effect...di nako ma remember ang exact lines...basically what i am trying to say is that there are things nga dili para nato....so we should have the grace to accept that instead of stressing ourself out trying to achieve it...sometimes when you stop trying ...is when it will happen

i will be 40 this year ...and i just gave birth last December....healthy beautiful baby boy...

good luck to you and may your heart be at peace ..with whatever is in store for you and yours....

pa check si mister...tingali siya ang naa deprensya.
    usually stress related na siya.
rest mo duha...ngek no income pud...

unahon si mister kay mas barato iya mga tests.
    kung si misis...mahal ang tests.

To be specific: My mister and I took Multivitamins (Centrum), Vit. E 400 I.U and Vit. C 500 mg
And, Leo_trams (Journey) is right. It is wiser to consult medical experts...

Ask and Pray! I got preggy about 2 years after our wedding. Stress is one factor especially if you're working. But all will not be possible, if it's not yet time with God.
    Ask and Pray!
