Ouano criticized cortes administration

Ouano said the project was not unfinished but was “85 percent complete” and still proceeding.

85% complete? wa siya kuyapi? haligi ra man gani ang nibarog sa iyang so-called project. di na ko mahibulong ani ni teddy. we, the mandauehanons, know the issue more than anyone else.

“The projects have long been cooked but until now these are still on the cooking table,” Ouano said in a statement to Cebu Daily News.

we should support him kay the vice-mayor and majority of his councilors are oposition..unsaon nlng pag implement sa mga maayong project ni mayor kung sa budget pa lng,dli na mu-cooperate ang cabinet.daghan kaayo ug questions,alibis and whatsoever..this people are losers, they should be elected the next time..sayang lang ang votes ninyo sa mga tawo walay ikahatag nga kalamboan sa atong lungsod.

.. when i visit mandaue it's as if i went thru a time portal. It's still the same as 15 years ago, oh well, maybe jollibee here and there but no improvement on a big scale.
