got the same bad experience..the food was good but service was really poor.. we waited for the pizza to be served,only to find out that they ran out of pizzas!!damn! the worst thing is they billed us for that particular order..tsk tsk tsk!

nice nice! resto during day time, party place at night but i do agree with the (quite poor) service. like sa iced tea nga among gi-order (w/c happened 2 weeks ago). mga 9pm mi nangaon didto. they a rule na basta 10pm na, party place na sya, dim na lights, etc. nya nag 10pm na lng wala pa ang iced tea. nya ingnan man mi sa waiter na "mam, 10pm na po kasi, we don't serve iced tea after 10." ngeh! wa na mi nahimo. lahi na lng among na-order.

pero, if ever magka pier 1 sa cebu, mayta mas nice ang ilang branch here

i have to agree that their service is not that good, i mean really bad. but the food is great though.

the place is now open for almost a month they should be able to see the prob. but im still expecting a lot of changes to happen in the coming months.. but pls lang do something about it na jud..

I can't remember any Pier 1 in Boracay. But it has to be totally different because of the location. Boracay: beach, Here: IT Park. nyahaha

Any feedbacks on the ambience in Pier 1? I heard its very, very crowded
