ok heres the story.
good coz they regulate ang pag sulod sa mga tao to prevent overloading, people with out tables.
big plus..
then we got inside and orderd. all beers. took alil while for the drinks to come but nothing to be alarmed, though not normal waiting time if you order beers from another place.
we ordered pizza, the food was good but again had to wait a lil while. then we decided to move tables kay naa pay daghan mu join namu. they cleaned the new table for us before they let us move.. very good. another plus points.
but the thing is when we moved walay assistance, ang mga waiter nag watch lang namu while we transfer tables. we had to move the plates glass and food ourselves. big no no... minus points.
then came our other friends. ordered more foods. some waiters were ok. attentive. pero most isnabero.
then the prob started again. my friend ordered iced tea, wala maabot we had to follow up like 4 times wala gypon. then after like an hour naa waiter ni duol and asked you ordered iced tea? OMG...
i suggested the place to my friends to welcome back our close friend kay dugay na xa wala ka visit cebu and i said pier 1 would be a nice place to go. they were disappointed. i said well the price is good and place was alright.
well its not about the place its about the service.
we had to transfer place kay they ran out of ice and its getting alil bit long for them to serve the order.
plus when we asked for the bill they charged us for the iced tea that never came, nya dugay pud naa abot ang bill. wala pa jud klaro kay they had to write it sa receipt of another order. wala sila kibaw sa amu order. we had to tell them unsa amu gi order.. and unfortunately sayup ila pag bill. good for us though.
the waiters still dont know some things sa menu. plus i heard from another group of people sa laing nga place sa IT park lang gyapon that bad jud daw ang service sa Pier one.
to the management: i know you can do better than this. daghan ang na change for the better but for us (my barkadas) ok ra mag barug mi or mag huot mi basta naa lang good customer service. you still lack in that area. some of your waiter dont even know what their doing.
from the last time i rate the place, this time my friends did rate it.
for me: from 4 out of 10 its more like 5:10
for my friends 5 out of 10
needs more improvement..
