Does anyone know any software for a commissary set up that is good and tested? how much does that ussually cost?

It should be similar to POS systems + inventory backend.
I have not heard of commercial solution or open-source for this application. This is not common. A customized software may be the way to go.

can you suggest where to get a customized software? But it would be better if there's a software we can adopt atleast it's more bug proof?

I'm using an open source PHP - MYSQL based POS + Inventory.

I can add / remove / edit functions on my own..

But OpenCRM is better for non-programmers.
