Japanese MMS boosts J-Phone — MobileMonday Global: Industry News
"Sha-mail is J-Phone's MMS messaging service"
"as of August 9, 2002, the number of "Sha-mail" units exceeded the six million mark"
"The rapid growth of "Sha-mail" can be attributed to its ease-of-use, which allowed great numbers of customers to learn how to use the service."

blackberry with mms...... Do people use MMS in blackberry or EMAIL

Go Figure......

That is why IPHONE focused on email.... rather than MMS.... MMS never took off and will never take off....

Iphone IS EMAIL focused PUSH EMAIL... just continue selling your MMS phone...

ringtones well nokia is including a USB port in their phones.... why they understood people would rather upload their own media rather than use MMS and pay for data charges....

Please DOCOMO is the leader in Japan.....

I have handled their phones.... They don't use MMS... FOMA has a very good email client....

Vodafone is playing catch-up.... OH contradict me!!!!!! how much market share is vodafone japan?

duh!!!!

Even my phone has MMS...... BUT I DON'T USE IT..... in most CASES in VODAFONE japan... THEY DON't USE IT...

USING..... that is the keyword... Do people USE it DO people make use of that setting?

as you said many phones have MMS...... but do people use it?

you keep bragging you have helped people set-up MMS,GPRS,EDGE etc...

i know an entire family with sun cellular phone who don't use any of those......

you are pretty good at hyping MMS and inflating users of MMS.....

even telling about your globe tech or smart tech friends.... figures don't lie.... people send more SMS than MMS and the percentage is so low it can't pay for the INFRASTRUCTURE... please MMS never has taken off.....

for the very first time the iphone is making use of the 3G infrastructure....

SURF, email, blog, buy, GPS.... that is why operators are embracing it... because right now... no one is using 3G infrastructure...

Smart BRO prepaid.... uses 3G... but is it a phone? understand?

The infrastructure remains unused because no one is using MMS as you would like us to believe... if everyone is using MMS the 3G infrastructure should be full capacity now...

if docomo is the leader and the other players dont matter no matter the millions they serve...

think bout this...
smart is the leader here in the philippines...base on your docomo analogy, globe, the carrier for iphone 3g in the phil., shouldnt matter...hmmm?

better yet why do you use sun as an example when its a minority player in the philippines?

for that matter, nokia is the world wide leader and philippines leader...base on your docomo analogy, iphone shouldnt matter either...everyone should follow nokia? i bet not diba?
