Regarding your query on how you can get your ümobile SIM card, our Personal Mobile Assistants will call and email you to verify your contact details and the details of where and when we can deliver your ümobile SIM to you. Don’t forget to present your 2 original valid ID’s and submit to the courier photocopies of those.
In case you will not be available at the time of the delivery, you may leave a letter of authorization to your designated receiver of the umobile SIM. Please ask him/her to present his/her valid ID, and submit the following to the courier: letter of authorization, a photocopy of his/her valid ID, and the photocopy of your 2 valid IDs.

Mga bros and sis, I just got my simpack this afternoon at around 4:30 pm. I am still testing the sim. Will let you know kung unsa.
I tested the service of umobile. Their internet/3G service is okay. The only problem as of now are you can only text umobile to umobile and umobile to smart. The calls is also umobile to umobile and umobile to smart. Okay naman ila signal. Calls and text to other networks would come soon. Please share your opinions here regarding ümobile.

Additional information: I just talked with a umobile Customer Service Representative and umobile is still fixing some problems like you can't check your balance, you can't call the customer service hotline using your mobile phone and other issues here is Cebu. If you are in Manila, okay na daw didto. Hope they are going to fix all other issues also.
Their Customer service support is very good. When I e-mailed their customer service and stated my question, problem, and my number, I recieve a call from them in less than 5 minutes from the time I send my e-mail to them. Nice Service.....!!!!!!
