mvledon, it is the consumer's responsibility to make a follow-up on delayed billing statements. In fact, courtesy man sa companies ang billing statement. In every billing statement, naa jud na terms & conditions sa likod stating about their liability on their "lack of proof of service of the statement"

Just because wala mo padad-i doesn't mean dili na mo mobayad. Budgeted man kaha na niño iño bill. Kadto iño budget for that month's bill wala ta niño hilabti kay if maabot ang panahon na napareha sa imong sitwasyon na nadungan ang 3 months, makabayad ra gihapon ko kay mao man jud kaha na ang nakalaan para sa past 3 months.

    Have tried using several services.

    1. Maybe naay Smart Bro. Gets signal from Smart cell tower. Mga 900+ man to per month last time.
    2. Puwede sad Smart GPRS. You can surf on your phone if it supports this kind of connection. Nokia E or N series, as well as Sony Ericsson P series should be able to connect. Mga PHP10/30 minutes (as posted above). You may surf on your phone. Or you can use your cell phone as a model (connect through USB or Bluetooth) to your computer.
    3. You can also use PLDT WeRoam. Smart Bro is more for desktops, WeRoam more for laptops. Think they get same signal from Smart cell tower.
    4. Puwede sad ka mag wireless nga landline then dial up. Although wa na ko kibalo karon kung unsay maayo nga dial up.

Naa sad siguro similar services from Globe, pero naka lock pa man ako cell phone plan gud sa Smart, that's why mao ra ako na try...
