    i've read an article about Readyboost last year, search lang ninyo. i think there were benchmarks included

    wat about if your USB flash drive mamatay lang kalit while your using it? or accidentally removed (could be nasaghiran)...

    What happens to those page files? =/

    Don't really trust, I've been trough alot of flash drives and they just die without warning... ek!

    Well so far I dont notice any improvement sad, have 2GM SODIMM already, and with the 8GB (4gb ready boost) wa ko ka notice ug difference, although simple usage ra like surfing the net and playing videos. I guess, sak2 si earlz, gi ilad rata sa MS? hahaha.

    I think application dependent ra ni cya. Will research which aps can take advantage of ready boost sa.

    hi everyone,im a graphic designer posters and billboards... i have test it already, in adobe cs3, 1st w/o flash drive it took me 16mins to open the file, w/ a flash drive(kanang pang ready boost jud na flash drive ha kai dili bya tanan, dapat naay tatak pag palit ninyu) 11mins nalang. 2gig ako flash drive wala sulod 1.8g ang gigamit as ram. Ang ako mga file sa adobe multilayer at high res.

    core2duo t5550
    2gig ram
    160sata HD
    Nvidia 9500m gs 512 dedicated
    Vista Premium 32bit

    tried this one using dummy computer sa work which is an Dell I1720, wala ko nakit-an nga difference, ni consume pa ug memory ang readyboost, atot.
