although, mas relax sa uban, i prefer etel jud, naa sila performance bonus which is wla sa uban..
diri sa etel, performance based, if you do good, u get rewards.. mao nang ang mga agents, maningkamot jud mapromote,... kay kada promote, increase sweldo.. di ba fishpen? datu na kaau ka noh? hhehehe.. joke lang...
