    The Revelation to John

In the last book of the Bible. The book of Revelation, there are a lot of interesting allegories, and personifications of figures like the Two Witnesses (Old and New Testament Rev. 11, Zec. 4: 14 ), the 4 living creatures (4 Gospels) that even "speak to the Lord" as it illustrates God's wonderful plan for mankin in the New Testmament.

Or how God out of his great love for us purchased men from all over the Globe sanctifying them with his own blood - Rev. 5: 9 See also Isaiah 53, 1 Pet. 2: 24, Rom. 4: 23

It also warns us of a grand deception that will be deviced by Satan who will pass himself off in perfect camouflage imitating

    The Father = The Dragon
    The Son = The Beast
The Holy Spirit = False Prophet that prophecizes and performs
    miracles for the beast.

    (Rev. 13: 8 )

In my earlier posts I mentioned this has already been taking place. A universal faction that will turn into an adulteress (Revelation 17, Isaiah 1: 21, 22 ) and for the call for all of us to depart from her (Rev. 18: 3) and abide in Christ's teachings as he taught them (Jn 15: 1-7 )

It uses figurative terms like "woman" (referring to the early church in Rev. 12 ) or figurative numbers like 1260 days equivalent to 42 months or 3 and a half years, 3 and a half meaning half of the number 7 God's perfect number corresponding to the 7 of creation or the 7 days a week or the finest gold refined 7 times... 3.5 a symbol for trial and tribulation (Luke 5: 25, James 5: 21 ) and the years that built up to His Second coming, the coming of the Kingdom meaning - these end times or Anno Domini

144, 000. A misinterpretation of the Jehovah's witnesses. Don't worry. A great multitude impossible to count will be saved and come out of the great tribulation. It is 12 x 12 = 144, 000 symbolizing completion of the harvest (Matt. 13: 47 ) 12 tribes.
    12 apostles.

And many other figurative illustrations of important events, figures that are significant to the end times. It isn't frivolous or a book of lesser importance. Blessed is the one who reads the words of this book (Rev. 1: 3 ) so we have no excuse of being deceived since we have God's Word we can't say we're blind, so NOT guilty

There was a time when the household of believers were deprived of God's Word suffering spiritual anorexia craving NOT for food, but from His Words from above (Amos 8: 11 ) Now we have access to the Book of Life.

Since this isn't a Book for your private interpretation see to it you are guided by The One that teaches (1 Jn 2: 27 ) that you will inherit by (Gal. 3: 14 )

Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away
    - Matt. 24: 15

Look into the book of the Lord. for nothing in it is lacking... he
has used his spirit to gather it all in one place

    - Isaiah 34: 15

    See also

    Rev. 22: 18 - 22
    1 Cor. 4: 6
    2 Jn 9 (TEV)
    Gal. 1: 8

The Bible is it's own interpreter.
That is absurd. This presupposes that one can first interpret the verses used to support this claim, which in turn presupposes that one has INFALLIBLE PERSONAL AUTHORITY TO INTEREPRET SCRIPTURE. I think anyone with a brain can see that none of us have this authority.

The Bible is consistent, but that also presupposes that one has the correct interpretation of all the verses. The multitude of so-called Bible-believing sects, each with their own conflciting interpretations, ought to demonstrate that the idea of infallible personal interpretation is totally irrational.

And you cannot rely on interpreting the Bible literally, because that definitely leads to many contradictions, as so many have already pointed in the past.

Obese Bo Ricardo, the head of the Catholic church is the vatican, not Jesus. Jesus is the Christ they believe in.

Si Jesus dili to magpabayad kada lihok niya. Imbitahon ra sila kaon, tsinelas ra ilang sakyanan, dili carriage. He was poor, and His disciples were also poor. He said leave all wealth and follow him.

If God said give to Him...

    He said:

"Whatsoever you do to the least of your brothers, you do unto me.
When I was hungry, you gave me to it.
When I was thirsty, you gave me to drink.
Now enter into the kingdom of my Father."

That goes to the poor who really need our help, naa may uban dili angay tabangan kay magsalig man.

This is one change in our country that will make a difference. Ang pagmata sa hypnosis sa simbahan, and trace the beginnings of the one TRUE church, long before the Bible was ever compiled, panahon sa mga Apostles ni Jesus, ug panahon ni Jesus mismo.

You are talking about secular needs. Even aetheists are givers but they don't necessarily publicize. Do they know Christ? No.

Ever hear of the phil.os'ophy of altruism? (Philippians 2: 3 )

Isaiah was right I will expose your righteousness and good works none of them can save you- Isaiah 57: 12

Humanitarian compassion cannot be an excuse for corrupting the Gospel. - Gal 1: 8

It's one thing to be heterodoxal and another to be peripheral - peripheral? That's an exaggeration but what I'm discussing is indirect opposition to the Central Truth of the Gospel, that is Christ. - Gal. 1: 8

N, Gel you are phi.lophical but you are discussing secular matters. What's important is the marriage of the salvation we are given by faith because of grace (as you mentioned) to the good works we are prepared to do and the fruits we must bear (Luke 3: 8, 11, Eph. 2: 8 - 10 )

How can you love God will all your heart, all your mind and all your soul if you corrupt some of his teachings? - Jn. 15: 1 - 10.

What are you gonna do N'Gel use 1 Cor. 3: 19 against me for deceptive philosophy? God can use that verse against the CIA, UN, FBI because in this ecumenical era we will get along, peace. peace. peace (Ezek. 3: 1 - 3) but it will involve the denial of truth as Daniel has predicted. - Daniel 8: 25 (Catholic Pastoral Edition Bible)

These are the end times, sister. Look beyond the surface. You are clearly someone with compassion which is essential to the Christian life but don't be too carnal. I can tell you one thing though, with the points you were trying to make Mohandas Gandhi will be saved - Rom. 2: 10 - 12

Truly a Mahatma. Oh, am I rambling already?
Yes. So this will be all for now.

"See then the kindness and the severity of God: severity toward those who have fallen, but God’s kindness to you, provided you continue in his kindness; otherwise you too will be cut off" (Rom. 11:22; see also Heb. 10:26–29, 2 Pet. 2:20–21).
