    these foreign investors come to the PHILS to conduct business..
    they should follow our guidelines

    there is a PROPER way to terminate employees or better known as LAYOFFS
    LAYOFFS are totally different from TERMINATED agents

    if legit pa ilang gbuhat, ngano naa paman kaso ana..
    anyway, I don't have any complaints i would like to share with outsiders lang
    but the insiders know very well what's going on..

    if all we ever do is complain, we might just get the heck out of here,
    we're doing our best as employees pud oi..

    because of that, those w/o any performance problems should not be terminated..
    labin pag ang reason kay dagko na kaau ila premiums..

    well, a company promises all these things and should not chicken out kung ma tinuod na
    a good employee must be rewarded and the bad ones also get what they deserve,

    daghan kaau ko kaila na natangal w/o cause...

    should the time come na dili na sila ka afford ana, again DOLE has some guidelines that they should follow..

    anyhow, for starters this is a place to be jud if mag start pa ka ug work..

    but warning for the center world newbies,, everywhere you go people suck and they step on u

    kung ari ka dri, dapat gahi jud ka.

    i've heard from my cuzn about ani pro wla xa nag work sa wats iya mga friends ra ang kasagaran daw sa teletech kay gkan sa wats.. she said na gitangtang cla for no reason daw... nya kalit-kalit lang na dapat ta naa mana steps like verbal wraning, written warning, suspension, and last is ang termination... iwla pa gani ko kahibaw ani pag apply nako sa wats.. pag apply sad nako kay daghan man sad aplciants so nag wonder ko if padung na ka bankrupt ang wats kay dli ta cla mang hire so there must be something wrong sa management or sa agents ngnao gipang tangtang cla.. pro si knsa man gani ang naay sala lain man sad kaayo ug ig abot nmo sa work few hours after ingnon lang dayon ka na terminated naka, dibba? same case sad na ako nahibaw-an sa exlibris... na doulon lang daw ka sa guard nya pagawson kay terminated naka (naa ko ex officemate before na nagsulti nako ani)

    friendly advice, since you know how volatile your status is in there, come up with an exit strategy, as to how you could make ends meet should you, all of a sudden lose your job...

    i dont think you have to worry about your other colleagues, that is if they planned ahead and foresaw that an event like this (sudden termination) could happen...what i'm worried about are some agents who spend all their earnings on luxury, not thinking that their source of income might disappear in the blink of an eye...

    i heard that US-companies who outsource arent that popular with the current set of candidates running for the presidency, sort of like 'protecting their own' and stuff...oh well, this goes out to all agents out there, this may just be speculation...but prepare for a storm...better safe than sorry

    by the way Rishe, how sure are you that those who lost their jobs, the reason for them being terminated was because of their premiums? I know people who have worked for more than 4 years... 4 years, more than you rishe... who are still here and still are interviewers and are earning huge premiums, even bigger than most of your supervisors on the floor...

    get your facts straight gurl... obviously, you don't have a clue on what happened, all you have right now are hearsays and rumors...

    I'm not implying banga ang mga agents... we have one of the best in the whole visayas... why do you think other call centers hire WATS people so easily? because we're that good... the problem is, us being too good bloats heads and they start relaxing, slacking off, abusing... can't even speak english all the time, I mean how simple is that policy and people still cant follow it... what does that imply

    i know you work there... I know what department your on... I know your manager personally... and I know what goes around there because tagawats pud ko... so believe me when I say, you don't know everything... and on this issue, you also have no clue... and by the way, wla ka maswertehan, wala lang mu-ubra imo moves kay imo manager stricto kaayu... mwahaha... say hello to vanessa for me...

    that is if you have figured out who I am...

    but you know, sometimes, we just have to look out for ourselves and stop thinking about what happened to other people... its called "mind your own business", just do your work, do it well and rest assured the company will not have a problem with you at all...
