unya ang nka pait sad ky if makapasar ka ingon cla 2-3months makuha na nmo ang license, mkabwisit ky ako migo 5months kno sya nghulat b4 nya nakuha iya lic., karon mag 4months na wla pa ang license namo... bwisit jd...

yeah,ing ana jud na prc...they set dates as to when you can claim documents but on the said date,you come and just tell you to be back after a few months again
