I disagree that the Mexicans Pacquiao fought were already old and weak. They weren't shot when he fought them, but the beating he gave may have made them shot. Nobody else in the featherweight and superfeatherweight divisions could do what Pacman did to those Mexicans. Manny fought them when they were still in the top 10 of everybody's pound for pound list.
We do have COTTO , he is the best bet for another claim of crowning glory for Mayweather . But then again , if mapilde niya si COTTO , daghan pa mo sunod kang COTTO na ipares usab kang Mayweather gihapon . SO in short , gusto ta mo retire si Pretty Boy na naay pilde .
The point of him fighting Cotto or Margarito is to show us he's the best by ACTUALLY beating them. These guys have a much better chance of giving him trouble than all of the fighters he fought after Castillo, combined.
By saying also that he beat an OLD GATTGI and a WASHED UP De la Hoya and I dont know why HATTON is also a testament of Mayweather still not proving himself , kung nakadaog ss match si GATTI or Dela Hoya , can we really say GATTI is OLD or Dela Hoya is WASHED UP ? NOPE and NEVER , these are adjectives that best describes a loser because we cant just agree with MAYWEATHER's VICTORY as LEGIT.
Hatton is a 140 pounder. He could have fought him when he moved up to the 140 lb division instead of fighting Corley, Bruselles and Gatti. He could have fought Cotto too as the guy was still campaigning at the 140lb division at the time. But he didn't. He waited for Hatton to look vulnerable as he moved up in weight. Hatton struggled mightily against Collazo in a welterweight match, and that was enough indication for him that he can beat this guy..
Mao na gi ingon , just bring it on ... let MAYWEATHER face any legitimate fighters pero I doubt that would be his reason na mo retire to claim an UNDEFEATED RECORD .
