ei just bought a motorola v3.. when i would charge it . it would say charging and would always remain at one bar.. but when i unplugged the charger the battery is at full bar.. can someone help me.?

i was charging it about 1 hour and 30 mins.. but still it says charging and remains at one bar..

brand new nimo napalit ang unit? ipa check ang battery and or charger kung defective na ba or dili orig.

kong magamit ra bro ok ra na. i presumed that battery is not original.
