HEHEHE Yup i know..d btaw ko guapahan sko self nag pa picture lang ko kay basta...choca knows d reason..its not nag hinambog ko or something...choca knows d reason...ayaw nalang mug pangutana pud actually d li mani xa ingun nga vain ko bnuang ra na nako pero basta long story d baya jud ko ing ani sa una i dont even join pageants dba CHOKABUGOY jud kaau ko i play sports athlete jud ko and i never care about how i look dba choca??when we were in HS elementary even until college because of my personal emotional/technical emotional physiological needs and deficeits or difficulties even i needed to do dis because i feel better..i feel na naa pud koy kwenta gamay...

3.LOVE and belongingness-d need dat one really needs to have a partner, where one belongs, needs to have friends,and family
4.Esteem-esteem from self(u feel good about urself) and esteem from others (others appreciate u) this should be balanced because if u are full of SELF esteem not ESTEEM FROM OTHERS u are NARCISSISTIC u must have both para dli ka narsisistc
5. Self actuallization-contentment in life no regrets this usually results if u have completed the level

well apparantly it does not follow step by step you may have love and belongingness but no physiologic needs just as i have realized i have no number 3 but i sure as hell can compensate dat and complete level 5 ok!!!!
