    thanks hotmama for the point of view.. ive been in outbound sales before but now naa nako inbound. i was able to create stats and got promoted pero sa inbound they have different metrics... nga medyo untainable... well, lain-lain hinoon ang stats sa mga accounts...

    i'm also a call center agent before. niundang ko coz i can't think of it as a long term job, lisod kaayo sa ako nga part.

    An easy job is still a possibility. If you love the job you're in, and it doesn't feel like you're doing any effort because every ounce of skill you pour into it has beneficial output, then I could very well say one has an easy job.

    it's a matter of choice.. if dili mo ganahan mag call center, ayaw.. walay namugus ninyu..
    daghan kong kaila na licensed teachers, engineers, and even Doctors who are now working in call center..
    the reason, it's because of the salary! it was their choice. so be it..
    ako, im undergrad.. why do i work in a call center? common sense..
    if i can earn more than 14K being a balut vendor from 8-12midnight, mag balut vendor ko oi!

    im still here sa callcenter..hihihi
    4 years and still alive.. bitaw woist, daghan man ko mga agents diri mga licensed nurse and even attorney na ang uban..well, depende rajud na sa tao kung asa ka ma happy ug asa toh nga job ang maka provide well sa ilang families..

    it's all about sacrifice. Try calltek dli kaayo hago daw ni.

    working in call center may require knowledge/intelligence etc...(all work need these)
    but if you get those same problems everyday, every week, every month, I guess it does not need knowledge or intelligence but good memory.

    dili sad lalim kai u will have to sacrifice your sleeping hours... sa callcenter.. maka appreciate jud ka ug tulog sa gabii... heheh kalagot lang ng ubang gay people na feeling kaayo sa gawas na mag english2x... d raba angayan tan-awon..

    .... sorry lang ha... sa ma igo rani akoa..

    its a misconception that people thought its an easy job working in a call center. they are wrong. maybe tanawon nmo sayon ra... but the truth is its not.... im working in one of the call centers here for already 2 years... kng naa lng lain nga job nga naa salary same as ani i would quit this job...
