From what I know, vBulletin has their own karma point system but I don't think that they placed karma point options here in vBulletin.

Karma mod was a feature of Simple Machines, ang old forumware nga gigamit sa istorya. For vBull, there's a similar mod - the Reputation MOD - pero wala nila gi install. I think naa pud karma sa vBulletin, but modification siya dili siya built-in feature.

Reputation is built into VB. We just haven't enabled it for anyone yet. It will probably be enabled but thought needs to be put into it so it doesn't get abused.
