    Default Video Problem help!


    some videos i watch which are .avi files have this blue lines that flicker on the left side of the screen...im using the latest VLC player...what should i do to remove this? if i watch the same video on Windows Media player its black and white. some .avi doesnt even play in WMP only the audio...please help. i have other video players installed. is that part of the problem. quicktime n nero showtime

    have you tried updating all your codecs?

    try installing xvid and/or divx codec, so that you don't have to use VLC to view avi files.

    or you can get K-lite Codec.. already complete.. it's what i'm using..

    downloaded codec lite stil the same..WMP is black and white

    try ffdshow

    or else do a clean install of windows xp

    and use only the lates codecs

    it's all in the codec bro, try uninstalling, run ccleaner to clean left overs then reinstall.

    i got it working fine...uninstalled vlc player...installed cccp...thank you all.

    couldnt agree more with cloud. ingon ani sad to akoa nahibulong ko naa man murag green
    inig pasalida nimo but ako ra gi reinstall okay na. i think minor glicth na sa vlc player

    try finding xp codec packs via net.
