i know. Shocked gani ko wen i found out coz wla man gud bond wen i joined spi. Cguro f optimistic ka pagkatao, ull find something good abt sa ila gnabuhat. After 1 yr of service, mka dawat nuon ka retention, den 4 d succeeding 6 mnths mkadawat nasad ka... and also, if u reach more dan ur quota; naa u incentive plus ders a chance pud na mag employee of d mnth ka (dats another addt'l cash) mwehehe

i hve to warn u guys though, d thing with spi is...dey hve a lousy payroll system...magka discrepancy jud bt rest assured, ma.compensate sa nxt pay day.../

How much is the salary? My wife is a medical transcriptionist and she has worked for another company for almost a year. Does SPI give a higher pay for those with experience?

hahaha.. spi does have alot of payroll discrepancy i was one of ther employs before
the last time i was there 8k pa tu ila pay, i dont know now
