ok ra man ttc. though i had quit na, i would still recommend it to everyone i know. but of course, i quit cuz of a specific problem in a certain account.

just to share:

i quit ttc, but it was a force decision, probably what we call protection of interest or reputation. im from the dsl account and sent a filler to the TA to transfer to HP. but higher mangement in dsl account threatened to pull out all my file notes, and will give me a final warning for those offenses i incurred during those times i stayed on that account. i know that my resume for hp would mean my termination from the dsl account and my resignation to the dsl account will be my termination to ttc itself. it's not just me, marami kami na naka-experience ng ganitong treatment. dont know why. weve done our best to support the account, but there's just no point staying there anymore. though we love to stay with ttc that's why we opted to transfer to hp.

but some who has close ties with higher management on dsl side are the ones given priority to transfer. there is an rtm there who dont even know squat but was given the position for he is a special friend of a supervisor. he even sent a report which is not meant for the client and that offense is terminable, but was he terminated? nope.

just sharing. but still ttc is not that bad. m friends with the om of hp, but i didnt bother telling him about the incident. maybe ttc is not really for me. ive stayed there for a year though.

just advise to those who are new to this industry, whatever call center you land with, just stay there until you get regularized so you'll have good stuff to place on ur resume.
