well, what more can u do for the kids other than giving child welfare like paligo-an, pakan-on, ug counselling? they're still kids. my point is, they have parents w/ rights to have them back. so the best the gov't can do on these kids is round them up for child welfare whenever they are caught sniffing solvents. for the parents, they should be held accountable for child neglect. prisohon para motagam. as for the rugby sellers, prisohon pud. ang problema lang is that kasagaran moingon sab ni cla nga gi daug daug ky pobre. what a lame excuse.
