niay nag igon nako...eat 6 times a day breakfast around 7 then around 930 berore lanch..then lanch around 12..then snack around 330...then dinner at 730 then before ka sleep mga 11pm...hehe..ako daot sad..ako ni gi try pero..grabe busog kaayo ka..mura ka kasukaon sa ka busog..ni stop ko..mau na daot gihapon ko..hehhe
