how sure are we that those who killed Atty. Sison are not the same people who are behind the rush of killings in Cebu...

The government should do something...more police visibility, get the councils to improve laws that prevent crime no matter how unpopular(e.g. like wala nay backride ang mga motor, etc.)

Good point. These killings also lead to innocent victims (and there have been many). That is not justified.

We should be very careful before we advocate abandoning the rule of law. Chaos and -- in extreme cases -- even civil war can result.
