especially with BIR (there are lots of taxes involved, like VAT (reporting and remittance), Withholding Taxes (reporting & remittance), Quarterly Income Taxes, MAP/SAWT, etc. etc.
Then naa pani deadlines every month/quarter.

Hi Guys,

I would like to know before I start building an apartments. Im planning to build a 4/5 doors apartments.
Let say every month I recieved 12thou / 15 thou from the rental.


Whats the tax for it? yearly? monthly?
How much I would pay for business permit ?
or unsa pa mga tax diha..

Coz i need to know if maka ginansya ba ko if mag apartment ko.. basin unya dako kaayo ang bayad sa business permit or unsa paman..

got a sugggestion: go to "real state" forums/thread and ask those owners nga naay apartment kung pila ang taxes nga ginabayran nila sa BIR ...

how to recognize those apartment owners? sila ang mga ga-post og FS (for sale) nga
apartment of FR (for rent) sa mga "real state" topics... i-pm (personal message/private message) lang sila...

usually its not monthly... it could be quarterly (every 3 months ang bayad sa tax) or yearly....

always ask the experts!!! gud luck nimo!!!!!

bro, permi gyud na sila mangayo ug reciept, kanang mga inspector mo-refer sab na sila kay naa mana sila commission.....before tan-awon nila ang reciept karon wala na, ang datong na lang ilang paaboton.....

ambot grabe na gyud increase sa mga fee's sa business permit.....kapoy sab kaayo kay daghan kaayo kinahanglan, segi pa balik-balik....sa-una walay cedula ang mga trabahnte karon tanan ipa-apil na, basta naa pa daghan requirements nila.....na-unsa naman intawn ni atong governo, instead sila maoy mo serve sa nga tao, kita man kihu-on mo serbisyo nila sa ilang mga requirements.....
