i'm good.: i haven't kept in touch with my "pysch-doc friends." i have no idea if they were able to get a sponsor to start a support group. or maybe it's bad for their business (joke! ). but there are considerably a number naman in this thread that we can start from. right?
would be nice to have a support group though. i think panic attacks are symptoms of a deeper problem and having a SG would definately help. just consider the number of people being brought sa ERs with heart attack-like symptoms nya PA diay toh.

I've always felt anxiety in my life but never experienced any attacks whatsoever.

i hope you're coping up well with your PA right now. try to know more about your PA and dig deeper kung naunsa ka sauna, especially during your childhood. usually naa dire nga stage ang root causes sa mga disorders.

i think prayer...or faith in God will help ease panic attacks....for me maorag a sort of hereditary ni cya naa jed person na dili jed nila ma pogngan ang fear...i think those are normal reaction sa body its more on psychological...flight or fight situation

nakasuway man pod ko ani magbalik2x jud ni siya its like mura kag mabuang kay di ka kasabot sa imong gibati.anxiety ra na mga bro.mo relax lang ka jud then ever listen to the music or mangita kag lingaw.avoid stress and do sports regularly.pray permi and support pod sa inyo family.then everything will be alright.the best thing e ignore ang anger kay mao pod na maka trigger emotionally and proper sleep.mawa ra na kadugayan and you will know unsaon pag ignore then.

akoa symptoms kay manginit ra ako lawas like murag sa sulod mag gikan then paspas na dayon heart beat then confused ko if nag heart attack ba ko nya maluya na ako lawas wala na dayon gana, luya na whole day.but karon na overcome na nako step by step with no medications at all.

difficulty breathing, feeling as though you 'can't get enough air'
    terror that is almost paralyzing
    dizziness, lightheadedness or nausea
    trembling, sweating, shaking
    choking, chest pains
    hot flashes, or sudden chills
tingling in fingers or toes ('pins and needles')
fear that you're going to go crazy or are about to die

I have ALMOST all of the symptoms..that means i have a PANIC ATTACK
howell, atleast I have answers to my question already on to what i'm feeling....
