it's better that you introduce your bf/gf to your parents...it will let your parents know that you have nothing to hide

you can't blame your family for wanting the best for you, but it does not mean that you have to submit yourself totally to their decision. if you truly are mature enough, you will figure out how to make ends meet. (been through this before)

though, one thing is for certain: you should never forsake your family for anyone. coz no matter how you may try to deny it, they are the only family you've got. and your family will love you no matter what.
