my opinion Rock never was dead. it only evolves..

but i understand munder's point. the kind of rock munder is talking about is really obscure nowadays.. only a handful of indie bands carry the tradition anymore.i can think of one major label band that still carry this, Ben Harper and Relentless 7 (EMI). There might be other major label artists but i dunno. Most artists who still play this kinda music are those unsigned or those signed to minor labels.
