Yes! I actually keep my blog updated every weekends. I think for professionals you do need to blog. Most importantly if you can keep employees read your blog, better. Because it is through blogging that your employees understand more on your ideas. It is estimated that over 10 million in the world blog. Bill Gates do blog, Yahoo and Google's CEO also do blog. Since its a way on keeping and storing knowledge and information.

For me it is also a way of updating my knowledge. Since after graduating from college, i feel that my intellect had been stagnant.
