OIC ... when I talked to them wala man gud cla nagspecify. Anyway, tnx for posting the info here pud. I thought pud na you can negotiate with them if ever couple mo. There's no harm in asking.

Coz I also know peeps nga magbarkada cla and working in the same call center who rented a whole house from another owner then sabot sabot na lang cla sa mga gastohon.

Maybe if daghan pud mo, friends or co-wrokers, then you can negotiate to rent the whole floor, that is 3 rooms & 2 pax per room, then maybe pwede ra diba. Coz it's just like your paying 6,000 a month for 3 rooms with 6 neds. So depende ra jud sa negotiations and situtation.

Anyway I'll talk to them when I can visit them during weekends. i-Clarify pud nako.

sorry for the mistake diay....I've just talked to the wife and the price is 2,000 per person and good for 2 pax ang room.. the room is so spacious .. it can even accomodate a 3rd roommate. Just ask the owners lang for negotiations.
