    Another killing just happened just an hour before this very minute, I passed by a Pajero that crushed by the pavement in Basak Lapu-lapu that looks like another hit by a motorcycle riding men, so they say. I don't know much of the details, we can read it on the news tomorrow nalang.

    -Avoid wearing jewels, bringing lots of cash in public places.

    -Avoid walking alone as possible in very dark places

    -If you're wearing a strap bag, hold it in front of your body to discourage snatchers

    -If you're bringing a cellphone, I suggest upgrading it with those map locator thingy's (I forgot the name), once your cellphone is stollen, the police can easily locate the the one who stole it using another cellphone that contains a map locator.

    -Call Imbestigador Hotline or XXX hotline, in case the police/official there doesn't respond and is totally lazy.

    Anything related to death cannot be undone

    exactly!! I've never felt that this is a safe place....so,as much as I can I don't stay out too late at night.

    di na jud safe oi, ive been in Cebu the past 15 years and this is the worst crime situation so far....the city councils should act even on unpopular reforms that should answer these problems
