Criminalsshould be punished.definitely. but killing them on the spot does not satisfy the thirst for revenge of its victims. By letting the criminals suffer pain, they have a better chance to reform. Torture is quite inhumane but it maybe beneficil to us as well as to the criminals. But the extent of torture lies the question. howmuch torture should we do to criminals. one proposal that came in my mind is to cut all the limbs of the murderers. their still alive and surely they will feel the pain of having done the crime. surely many will say, are ou sure he will fill remorse? hemight just get angry even more! well, oky lang, how much harm cn he do? for robbery, putlan ug dominant hand ug usa ka tiil, cya pili.. many will say, we will not be gving them a second chance in life.tinoud. but wala na pud silay second chance maka do sa crime. i suggest to make this amputations public for everyone to see. but cguro, this methods should be informed to thepublic first para dili unfair sa mga criminls, basin mu ingon sila na walay abiso ang balaod. these are extreme measures for extreme cases. whats left of those criminals, bahala na kinsay malouy nila.
