Naa koy kaila nga iyang lips ngka.WHITE SPOTS. Upper lip kasagaran na.affected. Wala pa cyay multiple *** partners, pero naay uyab. Concern sa iyang lip problem. Dli cya ugahip (herpes).

What is it? Need any info about it...does he need to consult a dermatologist?!?

white spots? does he/she have it inside her lip as well or just on the top? that could be oral thrush or maybe even "loas"? but then loas normally appears inside the mouth and not on top of the lip. i don't really know. but if you mean those tiny white spots in the corners of the mouth or along the lip then thats just probably the aberrant oil glands called fordyce glands wlhich are harmless. or it could even be milia.

and FYI, you dont really need to have multiple *** partner to get herpes. in fact you don't even have to have *** to get herpes coz *** is not the only mode of transmission. and even though your friend has only been with one sexual partner, you also need to consider the partner's sexual history.
