why my cpu fan having noise when I open some heavy applications.

Any idea?

3.0E na doh? kung mao man, init jud kaayo na nga procie... mo hadyung man gani akong 2.4 sa una, labaw na ang 3.0...

but anyway, ikaw ra nag assemble ana bro? naa kay case fans?

thats normal. stock fans of 3.0E prescotts literally scream when at max rpm.

add more case fans(80mm's lang gud nga tag P100) kun maka antos ka sa abog mo sulod sa imo cpu... 2 exhaust fans and at least 1 intake case fan greatly helps...

kung willing pud ka mo gasto, ilisi nalang ang imo stock HSF with, say, zalman 7000b cu (naa pa siguro sa arctech ni)................. or any known brands of "better" cooling solution... like thermalright xp90, or TT pipe 101, or coolermaster jet4.......

but stock prescott cooling is already sufficient (intel designed na gud na).......... mao lang pud, saba kaayo at high rpms...............

oh by the way, provided you're not overclocking ha?! ok rana ang stock HSF sa intel, you're already safe there....

I'll just check it out what's the best thing to do to minimize the noise...
