I have already done STEP ONE - REPORT THE INCIDENT...to date, NO ONE FROM CAMINADE MARKETING BOTHERED TO INVESTIGATE/CONTACT ME..So i will have TO PROCEED TO STEP 2...WENT TO DTI OFC on MONDAY 5/19/08, I was informed that INCIDENTS/COMPLAINTS RELATED TO DOGFOOD/AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS, MAY REPORT THE MATTER TO BUREAU OF ANIMALS, M.VELEZ ST, CAPITOL....To be continued, WILL UPDATE EVERYONE AS IT HAPPENS! DILI NI INVESTIGATION AKOA BUGZ, WHETHER IT IS A SCAM OR NOT, THAT IS NOT FOR ME TO CONCLUDE..SIMPLY RA KAAU AKONG PURPOSE NI.INING TANAN...I BOUGHT A DOGFOOD WITH A LIVE COCKROACH IN IT, ALL I WANT TO KNOW IS..HOW IT GOT THERE, AND WHAT IS THE SELLER'S RESPONSIBILITIES. AM NOT AFTER THE REFUND, EXCHANGING OF GOODS..I SIMPLY DONT WANT OTHER DOG OWNERS TO EXPERIENCED WHAT I HAD WENT THROUGH..PAID FOR THE GOODS, MONEY WASTED AND TO TOP IT ALL SPENT EVEN MORE ON MEDICAL BILLS FOR THE PUP AND ENDANGERED THE LIFE OF MY ALAGA BEC. OF THIS VERY UNFORTUNATE INCIDENT!

In your present case Dark, even if mo file ka ug complaint sa BOA it's an uphill battle kay for sure they will ask for proof. You know it's just another gov't agency nga grabe ang red tape. Okay you may file it just to inform them but do not expect that they will conduct an investigation kay ma frustrated lang ka. Next time kon mahitabo nga dunay cockroach makit-an sa dogfood i suggest nga i-preserve ang pest and bring it to BOA for lab examination kay makit-an man nga naay dogfood residues sa iiya body; makita sad unsa klase sa dogfood. Very strong unya ang case against the arrogant seller.

Just to share my most recent experience...The food (in a bag/sack) was newly delivered, when I had opened it, found a LIVE COCKROACH (running, kicking if u will!) inside the bag. I had immediately informed the staff of the Petshop about it..and to qoute her reply 'IMPOSSIBLI MASUDLAN OG OK.OK ANG DOGFOOD KAI DOBLE ANG POTOS NYA KUNG ASA GIKAN GIPANG.SHIP ANG FOOD'. Kung mao ni, DIIN MAN DIAY NI.AGI ANG COCKROACH Your fair and serious take will be greatly appreciated. Salamat!
